At NJ Event Fusion, we want our vendors and participants to have a seamless and reliable experience. Refunds are provided only under valid circumstances as listed below.
1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Damaged Stall Setup or Supplies: If stall infrastructure or event-provided items are found damaged and unusable.
Mismatch in Booking Details: If the allotted stall doesn't match the size, location, or services booked online.
360° Image or Video Proof Required: To be eligible, the vendor must provide a clear 360° image or video as proof of damage or mismatch.
Unboxing Video (if applicable): For items sent physically, a continuous unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the event).
Failure to provide required visual proof.
Absence or no-show on event day.
3. Refund Process
After verifying the submitted visual proof, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment source.
4. Requesting a Refund
Send an email to info@njevents.com with the following details:
Booking ID or Transaction Reference
Clear description of the issue
360° image or unboxing video link (Google Drive, YouTube, etc.)
