NJ Event Fusion is a direct event organizer that hosts and manages exhibitions at malls, apartments, IT parks, schools, and colleges. We offer businesses the opportunity to rent stall spaces at events organized by us. Razorpay is used only for purchasing products listed in our online shop — not for booking stalls or events.

2. Stall Booking Policy

• Stall bookings are handled offline or through direct communication (e.g., WhatsApp or phone).
• Booking confirmations are subject to event availability and internal approval.
• We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed booking due to venue-related issues or operational concerns. Refunds (if applicable) are processed manually.

3. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must adhere to event schedules and setup instructions provided upon confirmation.
• Participants are responsible for managing their assigned stall space during the event.
• Any misconduct, property damage, or non-compliance may result in disqualification from future events.

4. Product Purchase & Payment

Products listed on our website store can be purchased using Razorpay. Payments are securely processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay’s platform.

5. Cancellation & Refund

For product orders made via Razorpay, refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and processing steps. For stall booking queries, please contact our team directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from unforeseen cancellations or disruptions due to natural causes, local regulations, or venue limitations beyond our control.

7. Delivery Timeline

For physical products purchased through our online shop, any delivery (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revision date.
